PAYMENT

 Shop currency is in BZD (Belize Dollars).

At the moment, we accept “cash payment” for locals situated in Independence Village, Stann Creek District, Belize. We also accept bank transfers. 

You will receive our deposit information on your checkout page should you choose bank transfers.

SHIPPING

We ship countrywide; local post office service, Belize Package & Mail Service CO. LTD (BPMS), and Maya Island air (All are tracked on our website).

Shipping Costs & Arrival times 

Domestic Deliveries

Domestic (within Belize) deliveries go out daily (Monday-Friday) to our local post office, BPMS, and Monday – Saturday via Maya Island Air.

Orders generally arrive within 2-3 business days, depending on the chosen delivery method.

BPMS & our local post office only operate Monday – Friday and are closed on weekends.

Any orders placed after 9 am on Friday will be ship out the following Monday.

PICKUP

Pickup of orders placed in our online store may be picked up in person from our location in Independence. After placing your order, feel free to call or WhatsApp us at +501-628-4247 for directions & to schedule a pickup time. 

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?​

If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at mkays.bz@gmail.com or info@mkays-bz.com. We will make every effort to cancel or adjust your order accordingly. 

Note: Once payments have been made and not shipped yet, your order can no longer be cancelled but is still entitled to change for an item of the same cost.

For in-person purchases, we only offer within the Independence area.
